The science show was really cool! The way Professor Kezerashvili interacted with the kids in my class was amazing. We all had a great time telling him answers to questions he asked and participating. We were wowed by some of his tricks and the amazing science behind it. It was a good feeling knowing we knew what he was talking about and some of the science behind his tricks. We loved this whole magic show and participating!

Professor Kezerashvili chairs the physics department at New York City College of Technology (City Tech College) when he isn’t presenting the “Magic of Physics” to middle school students. Stay tuned for more collaborations between MS8 and City Tech College. MS8 Teachers Nicole Marcellin and Leigh Stumme and MS8 parent Diane McGarvey have been working to determine the best opportunities for collaboration with this amazing university and downtown Brooklyn neighbor to MS8! It is an exciting new partnership.
