Through our Physical Education program, we teach students to be healthy in mind and body. Our commitment to our students’ health is apparent in that they meet several times a week for Physical Education class, both in an indoor fitness studio as well as on outdoor fields adjacent to our school. Middle school students engage in physical exercise through team sports, cooperative games, and developing personal fitness. They learn the knowledge they need to make informed, healthy decisions about food and exercise. We strive to inspire conscious effort and understanding that the daily choices they make around nutrition and exercise can lead to important lifelong habits.
